Two ways in. Four ways to scale. Start with Spark or Build. Step up when you're ready to install leverage. Take Command when you're ready for an AI command center.
For solo operators who already have clients. Spark is the procedure that turns intake-to-kickoff from a six-hour scramble into 90 minutes of structured work.
Solo service operators billing $100K to $500K who lose 4 to 8 hours per new client to unsystematized intake. If you have inbound leads but no procedure, Spark is your first move.
Run it on one real client within 14 days. If it doesn't save you 4 hours of intake-to-kickoff work versus your current process, full refund. No friction, no follow-up sales calls.
For the operator who has consumed AI content, tried tools, and still has nothing working together. Build is the operating environment that makes AI compound.
The 9-5 professional with an idea, the curious browser who has tried tools, the post-layoff knowledge worker starting fresh. If you know AI matters but have nothing working together, Build is your foundation.
The early access list opens now. First 50 buyers get founding pricing and a 30-minute setup call. Drop your email and you'll be the first to know when Build is live.
Five days. Your top five AI workflows, scored and sequenced. Not advice. A built diagnostic plus the implementation map.
If your report doesn't surface at least 3 buildable workflows you can implement this quarter, full refund. No questions.
For operators ready to install AI leverage, not just plan it. Monthly delivery, embedded in your operation.
Solo operators and small teams running $300K to $1M who need AI built and deployed continuously, not in a one-time sprint.
For 7-figure operators ready to build their AI command center. Priority access, custom builds, direct line to leadership.
7-figure solo operators, small teams running $1M+, operators with a real AI footprint they need built and embedded continuously.
For funded teams and organizations ready for full-service AI implementation. End-to-end engagement, senior strategy, embedded delivery, and operational handoff.
Funded teams, operating businesses crossing into eight figures, and organizations with the operational maturity to absorb full implementation. Not for everyone, by design.
Apply by email. We respond within 48 hours with a 30-minute fit conversation. If it's the right match, we scope. If it's not, we point you to the tier that fits.

Two paths. If you already have clients and want to fix unsystematized intake, start with Spark ($29). If you're earlier in the journey and need the operating environment that makes AI compound, get on the Build early access list. Both lead naturally into Forge when you're ready for done-with-you delivery.
Spark and Build are self-serve: you receive the procedure plus a Claude Project that walks you through it. Forge through Anvil are delivered through Loom briefings, written reports, and Slack threads. You absorb on your schedule. If something needs a live conversation, we book it.
That's most of our clients. Build is designed specifically for operators with no system yet. Spark assumes you have client work but no procedure. Forge meets you where you are. We don't assume technical fluency, we assume operational awareness of your own business.
Yes. Every workflow we build runs in your accounts, on your logins, with your existing stack. We replace tools only when there's a measurable reason. We never lock you into proprietary software.
Spark: run it on one real client within 14 days. If it doesn't save you 4 hours of intake-to-kickoff work, full refund. Forge: full refund if we don't surface 3 buildable workflows you can implement this quarter. Cobalt Embedded: cancel anytime, no questions. Cobalt Command: 30-day mutual evaluation, full refund within that window if it's not a fit. Anvil: scope is custom; refund terms are agreed in writing before kickoff.
5 business days from intake submission. Faster if you fill out the intake same-day. We don't pad the timeline.
You walk away with the report, the Loom, and the 30-day roadmap regardless. If you want us to build the workflows for you, the natural next step is Cobalt Embedded. If you want to take it solo, the roadmap is yours.
Your data lives in three places: a Notion workspace where the Cobalt team holds intake responses and working drafts, Gmail for correspondence, and Stripe for payments. Access is limited to the Cobalt team, every account uses two-factor authentication, and platforms encrypt your data in transit and at rest. We do not share client data across engagements or publish case studies without your explicit written permission. We do not use your data to train AI models. Where we use third-party AI tools to support delivery, we configure them to exclude your data from training datasets. Ninety days after an engagement closes, we delete intake and working drafts; final deliverables are retained. Deletion requests complete within 14 business days. Stripe transaction records are retained per Stripe and tax requirements.
